Jack Duncan has held positions from Service Technician to Service Manager to Vice President of Service in Dealerships ranging from Startup to one of the Largest in the Industry. His expertise includes Service Management, Inventory Control and Purchasing among others. He has also served as Regional Technical Manager for one of our Industry's Largest Manufacturers. In 2004 he founded Jack Duncan Consulting and now works with over 40 dealerships across the country, specializing in increasing profitability through increased productivity and proficiency as well as Service Managers University classes.

Jack has been an active Presenter for many years at the ITEX Show in Las Vegas as well as doing many articles for Image Source Magazine. Jack has taught seminars at several of the industry's largest user groups. Jack has over 35 years in service management experience and has met or exceeded profitability standards set forth by the most commonly accepted business models. He currently works with over 40 dealers in various parts of the US.
